5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for scrap metal are based on current market rates and may fluctuate daily
• We reserve the right to adjust prices based on material quality, contamination levels, and market conditions
• Payment is made on the day of transaction unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon
• We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and electronic payments
• Payment terms for commercial accounts are as agreed upon in writing

6. Customer Warranties

By selling materials to us, you warrant and represent that:

• You are the legal owner of the materials or are authorized to sell them
• The materials have not been stolen or obtained through illegal means
• You are of legal age to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of scrap metal
• You will provide valid identification as required by law

7. Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable NSW and Australian laws regarding scrap metal recycling, including the Scrap Metals Dealers Act 2016 (NSW) and associated regulations. Customers selling large quantities or commercial loads may be required to complete additional documentation. We are required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Metal Merchants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you for the specific transaction in question.
